Taco Pasta Shells

1 lb ground beef, cooked
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1tsp chili powder
18 pieces jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Taco Sauce
1 1/2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
2 Tbl butter

Cook beef, then add cream cheese, salt and chili powder. let simmer 5 min. Cook shells till almost done. Toss shells in melted butter. Put beef in shells and top with taco sauce. Cover with foil and freeze. Put cheese in small bag.

Thaw. Cook at 350 for 15 min. Uncover and sprinkle on cheese and crushed chips Cook for another 15 min.

Cranberry Turkey Breast

1 boneeless turkey breast
2 4 0z boxes cranberry Jello, sugar Free
1 cups water, boiling
1 envelopes onion soup mix

Freeze turkey. Put the Jello and onion soup mix in large bag. Do not open any of the packages

Thaw turkey . Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and pour over turkey. Add soup mix. Place all in the crockpot. cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook 3 more hours, until turkey is tender.
